Job summary

A food industry company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist in operational tasks, manage customer relationships, and ensure accurate processing of sales documentation. The ideal candidate has a diploma and at least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales support, with strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in FMCG sales support or account coordination, preferably in Modern Trade.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in operational and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Process price changes, listing forms, and promotional submissions accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate internally with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
  • Track promotional implementation and send proof of execution where required.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate out-of-stock issues to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account activities, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Prepare sales reports and monthly performance trackers as required.
  • Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma preferably in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in FMCG sales support or account coordination (preferably in Modern Trade).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
