Job summary

A leading audiovisual solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive. Responsibilities include preparing sales pitches, managing client relationships, and reporting on sales activities. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of B2B sales experience, a diploma in Electronic Engineering/Audio Visual, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record.
• Able to speak Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales pitches and customized proposals for clients.
• Submit weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain trust.
• Manage client relationships with key accounts.
• Follow up on billings and payments with the finance team.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
• Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
• Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
• Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
• Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronic Engineering/ Audio Visual
• At least 1 years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record
• Able to speak Chinese to liaise and communicate with Mandarin speaker stakeholder
