Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager (3PL/Freight Forwarding)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow key accounts across ASEAN and India. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions. What you'll be doing?

Own and manage key accounts: Take charge of managing and growing key MNC accounts across ASEAN and India, expanding account scope both vertically and horizontally.

Performance and service governance: Monitor operational performance, conduct regular business reviews, and identify improvement initiatives to ensure client satisfaction.

Customer growth and retention: Proactively identify upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal opportunities to support account retention and drive long‑term value creation.

Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with operations, IT and finance teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Who are they looking for?

Degree in relevant field: A degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing or a related field is required.

7-10 years of experience: At least 7 years of experience in key account management and sales, preferably in 3PL (Contract Logistics) and freight forwarding.

Strong communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
