Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a qualified technician to perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of scientific analytical instruments.   • Liaise with customers to address service concerns and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure quality service support.
  • Identify opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts.
  • Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support service requirements.
  • Provide technical training to end-users and distributors.
  • Prepare service and spare parts quotations for customer enquiries.

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments.
  • Knowledge of Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, or ICP Spectrometer is an advantage.
  • Possess a vehicle due to the need for site travelling is preferred.
