Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying, including taking off measurement and monthly progress claim.
• Price comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
• Cost estimation and payment response to subcontractors.
• Call quotation and subcontract procurement.
• Handle pre‑ and post‑contract administration.
• Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders, and settlement of final account with main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / Pre‑U / A‑level / College qualification.
• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
