What You’ll Do:
  • Orchestrate Experiences: Support the planning and execution of early career programs that span onboarding, learning, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Bring Events to Life: Help run dynamic networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition events that leave a lasting impression.
  • Be the Voice: Craft compelling communications that keep participants and stakeholders informed and inspired.
  • Track Success: Monitor program metrics, gather feedback, and help us continuously raise the bar.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work with recruiters, HR, and business leaders to ensure every participant has a seamless, enriching experience.
  • Boost Our Brand: Support employer branding and campus engagement efforts that make us the employer of choice for early talent.
What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in Emerging Talent (AKA: Early Talent or Early Careers), focusing on program coordination, and operational excellence.
  • A knack for juggling multiple priorities with grace and precision.
  • Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve used HRIS or ATS tools.
  • A genuine passion for helping early career talent grow and thrive.
