Our client is in the F&B industry. They are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Executive Assistant to join their team and support in their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Job Overview

As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support in managing their schedules and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Director\'s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails, handling inquiries and requests as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications and announcements.
  • Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required by the executive team.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
