A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a customer service associate to handle phone and email inquiries, ensuring high accessibility and service delivery. Responsibilities include updating customer information, timely follow-ups, and preparation of service requests. The ideal candidate should possess at least A Levels or a diploma and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a 6-month contract position located near MRT Eunos, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.
