In this role, you will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting documentation efforts, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Support requirements discussions and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Help translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in system testing, including preparation of test cases and test execution.
• Assist in the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and user feedback sessions.
• Support project teams in the implementation of Agile or SDLC processes.
• Maintain and update documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in research, analysis, and proposal writing for business solutions.

Requirements and Qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
