Responsibilities

• Provide technical presentations, demos, and POCs for Japanese clients.
• Understand client workflows and map them to platform capabilities.
• Support API connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with global engineering teams on issues and enhancements.
• Maintain strong client relationships post-implementation.
• Localise documentation and user guides for Japanese users.
