The Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our Singapore team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong Microsoft technology experience and a proven track record of providing VIP-level support to trading teams or C-suite executives.

You will serve as the primary engineer for a portfolio of clients—overseeing key systems, delivering high-touch support, and guiding each client’s IT roadmap. While most work is performed remotely, onsite visits may be required when issues cannot be resolved offsite.

This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill set, with exposure to Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity technologies, automation, and modern IT projects.

What We’re Looking For

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong experience supporting end-users and VIP / C-level stakeholders
• Experience with AI/automation/scripting languages (advantage)
• Hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and monitoring Wintel servers / Azure
• Proficiency with Citrix and Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies
• Familiarity with security products: endpoint protection, vulnerability management, patching
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server 2016/2019, and DFS
• Experience with MDM/Intune, Conditional Access, and Microsoft 365 security & compliance
• Experience with Citrix, VPN technologies, and backup management tools
• Basic knowledge of IT networking
• Experience with cloud endpoint protection / threat hunting (advantage)
• Experience using IT monitoring systems
