Job summary

A transportation service provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to handle helpdesk requests, manage IT infrastructure, and assist in project management. Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in IT support or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with operational systems (CCTV, asset management, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second line helpdesk support for user service requests.
  • Set-up and administration of Active Directory accounts and email.
  • Manage internal network, servers, and security systems.
  • Participate in standby duty rotation for off-hours support.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills in Windows OS
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Network connectivity support
Good communication skills

Education

Diploma in IT or Computer Engineering
