Job summary

A transportation service provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to handle helpdesk requests, manage IT infrastructure, and assist in project management. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in IT, strong troubleshooting skills, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support. This role includes providing off-hours support and ensuring compliance with workplace safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of experience in IT support or equivalent.
• Familiarity with operational systems (CCTV, asset management, etc.) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line helpdesk support for user service requests.
• Set-up and administration of Active Directory accounts and email.
• Manage internal network, servers, and security systems.
• Participate in standby duty rotation for off-hours support.

Troubleshooting skills in Windows OS
