Overview

The IT Support & Operations Lead is responsible for delivering first-level IT and network support, managing end-user and video conferencing services, and overseeing IT operations across the Asia-Pacific region and Australia. This role involves close coordination with offshore IT teams, leadership of regional IT resources, and ensuring consistent, high-quality IT service delivery across multiple geographies.


IT Support & Service Delivery


  • Provide first-level IT and network support to office users

  • Deliver end-user computing and video conferencing (VC) support

  • Ensure timely incident resolution and service request fulfillment

  • Maintain a high level of user satisfaction and service quality


Regional IT Operations Management


  • Oversee and manage IT operations across APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines)

  • Coordinate and manage IT operations in Australia

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Monitor system availability, performance, and operational stability


Team Leadership & Collaboration


  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate IT teams across Asia-Pacific locations

  • Work closely with offshore IT teams to manage escalations and operational support

  • Serve as the primary regional liaison between local offices and global IT functions


Stakeholder & Vendor Management


  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and provide effective solutions

  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure service continuity

  • Support IT asset management and operational planning activities
