Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT helpdesk support during shift hours.
• Monitor network and server health; support production/tester networks.
• Troubleshoot production label printing issues.
• Conduct IT audits and training; ensure compliance with factory policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle IT asset procurement, installation, and account management.
• Maintain internal knowledge base; assist in root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot system/application faults and resolve problems.
