A leading fine food service company in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and ensure efficient system operations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in system administration and a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Dynamics Navision. Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including setup, configuration, and decommissioning.
Maintain thorough documentation of all support requests and technical resolutions.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and all endpoint devices.
Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, focusing on user account management and security policies.
Ensure system backups, security patches, and updates are applied consistently.
Provide dedicated technical support for our Dynamics Navision ERP system.
Coordinate with vendors for ERP troubleshooting, performance optimization, and upgrades.
Administer SharePoint Online, including site structures, user permissions, and workflow automation.
Support document lifecycle processes and drive user adoption through internal training.
Implement and enforce IT security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Participate in IT projects such as system migrations and new technology implementations.
Assist in vendor evaluations and future technology planning initiatives.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support and system administration.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Navision preferred) and SharePoint administration.
Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Familiarity with backup systems, security tools, and network troubleshooting.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem‑solving abilities, professional patience, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
ITIL Foundation or Security certifications (e.g., Security+).
Prior experience in IT environments within the food service or hospitality industry.
