Job summary

A technology solutions provider based in Singapore seeks a 1st Level IT Support Representative. The role involves providing technical support via phone and remote tools, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring timely communication with users. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year experience in end-user support, be proficient in English, and possess knowledge of various computing devices and basic networking concepts. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of end-user support experience, preferably in a technical service desk.
  • Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Level IT Support through Phone and Remote-Control.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting and elevate incidents as necessary.
  • Log, track and prioritize all support requests accurately.
