Responsibilities

• Develop andmaintainITsecuritypolicies andactionplans,reviewing themat least annually or as required by the Customer.
• EvaluateandrecommendITsecurityproductsandsolutionsfor implementation within the Customer's IT infrastructure.
• Implementandmanageriskassessmentmethodologies,ensuringcompliance with relevant service management requirements and industry standards.
• Develop andimplementsecuritymanagementframeworksandgovernance structures as specified by the Customer.
• EstablishandmanageITSecurityIncidentManagementprocesses,including detection,response,andhandling ofsecurityincidentsaccordingtoCustomerguidelines.
• CollaboratewithexternalpartnersandsupplierstoresolveITsecurity incidents effectively.
• Participateinandcontributetoindustry-wide ITsecurityincidentresponse simulations and technical assessment exercises.
• Conductforensicinvestigationswhen required,including securediskimage acquisition and analysis within specified timeframes.
• Monitor,analyse,andreportonemergingsecuritythreats,vulnerabilities, and solutions relevant to the Customer's IT infrastructure.
• Conductregularmeetingswith keystakeholderstohighlightsecurityissues and propose improvements to the Customer's IT infrastructure.
• Liaise andcoordinatewithexternalsuppliers,securityorganisations,andthe Government on IT security matters related to the Customer's infrastructure.
• Performadditional activitiesasnecessarytosecuretheCustomer'sITinfrastructure.
• Review andfollowuensecurityreportsgeneratedfromcentralsecuritytools, providing timely updates to the Customer.
• ManagetheinventoryofITassetstobemonitoredbycentralsecuritytools, ensuring compliance and proper onboarding of servers, networks, anddatabases

Qualifications
