Responsibilities
- Develop andmaintainITsecuritypolicies andactionplans,reviewing themat least annually or as required by the Customer.
- EvaluateandrecommendITsecurityproductsandsolutionsfor implementation within the Customer's IT infrastructure.
- Implementandmanageriskassessmentmethodologies,ensuringcompliance with relevant service management requirements and industry standards.
- Develop andimplementsecuritymanagementframeworksandgovernance structures as specified by the Customer.
- EstablishandmanageITSecurityIncidentManagementprocesses,including detection,response,andhandling ofsecurityincidentsaccordingtoCustomerguidelines.
- CollaboratewithexternalpartnersandsupplierstoresolveITsecurity incidents effectively.
- Participateinandcontributetoindustry-wide ITsecurityincidentresponse simulations and technical assessment exercises.
- Conductforensicinvestigationswhen required,including securediskimage acquisition and analysis within specified timeframes.
- Monitor,analyse,andreportonemergingsecuritythreats,vulnerabilities, and solutions relevant to the Customer's IT infrastructure.
- Conductregularmeetingswith keystakeholderstohighlightsecurityissues and propose improvements to the Customer's IT infrastructure.
- Liaise andcoordinatewithexternalsuppliers,securityorganisations,andthe Government on IT security matters related to the Customer's infrastructure.
- Performadditional activitiesasnecessarytosecuretheCustomer'sITinfrastructure.
- Review andfollowuensecurityreportsgeneratedfromcentralsecuritytools, providing timely updates to the Customer.
- ManagetheinventoryofITassetstobemonitoredbycentralsecuritytools, ensuring compliance and proper onboarding of servers, networks, anddatabases
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
