Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of IT to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage and oversee external vendors responsible for project execution; Coordinate project meetings with external vendors, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements; Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions.
• May require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate project deployment and testing during non-office hours.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira can aid in project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Fundamental understanding of IT concepts and terminology is important.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for IT projects.
• Basic understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) and the ability to write basic SQL queries.
• Understanding of quality assurance and testing principles, including creating and executing test plans.
• Awareness of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be an advantage.
