REDAS champions excellence and sustainable developments, actively engaging with regulators and stakeholders to foster a vibrant and progressive real estate sector and provide a platform for its members, who include developers, builders, and real estate professionals.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Project Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing projects according to business requirements, and within schedule and budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and service providers to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Executive will also oversee operations and quality control throughout its life cycle. Hands‑on proficiency and knowledge in Power Query/Power BI/SQL will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Assist in the project planning and definition in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Assist to develop project plans, including detailed work breakdown, timelines, dependencies, resource plans, and budgets, as well as feasibility studies.

Project Execution

• Assist to manage project development from beginning to end.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Assist to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Assist to identify and manage project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Escalate issues to senior management as needed, providing clear analysis and recommended solutions.
• Cultivate good working relationships with all project stakeholders, including business users, partners, and vendors. Liaise with users on an ongoing basis.
• Apply Power Query/Power BI/SQL proficiently in business applications and services.
