We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Program Engineer ideally with past experience in IT service delivery / operations. This role involves Level 1 support, service delivery coordination across applications, servers, and network infrastructure, as well as IT asset management and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. The ideal candidate should possess a foundation in IT operations and demonstrate strong coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Support and respond to user support / project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts, and incidents for PMO-PSB systems
• Co-Manage centralized monitoring dashboards and support PMO-PSB system verification testing after each routine patch with GTO Ops and vendor
• Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, design, planning, coordination, implementation and testing
• Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
• Execute IMAC services for end-user computing and infrastructure equipment.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Possess relevant experience in IT Service Delivery or IT Operations.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience across IT infrastructure and systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience in IT asset management and IMAC services is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage
• Good analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and ability to offer advisories and support.
