Managed Services & As-A-Service Portfolio
- The Product Manager (Managed Services & As-A-Service Portfolio) is responsible for the end-to-end design, packaging, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the company's As-A-Service offerings.
- Technical delivery is executed by the Digital Service Innovation (DSI) team. This role focuses on product strategy, service definition, pricing, and go-to-market enablement.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, ITIL, or equivalent is advantageous.
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, cloud services, managed services, or IT commercial roles.
- Hands-on exposure to CSP subscription management and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Experience with EUCMaaS, IFMaaS, NMaaS, network security (firewalls, SD-WAN, WiFi), M365, Azure workloads, and cloud migration.
- Background in Systems Integrator (SI) or enterprise IT environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Own and manage the full As-A-Service portfolio across Cloud, Network, End‑User, and Hybrid Infrastructure.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with market demand and organizational strategy.
- Develop service value propositions for Government, Enterprise, and SME segments.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
Service Packaging & Commercial Definition
- Define service scope, inclusions/exclusions, SLA tiers, response times, service credits, and support levels.
- Create pricing models, rate cards, costing frameworks, and margin structures for CSP, EUCMaaS, IFMaaS, NMaaS, and Clouds services.
- Standardize product documentation including service descriptions, brochures, proposal templates, and commercial decks.
- Govern product lifecycle management, version control, and service updates.
Go‑To‑Market & Sales Enablement
- Support Sales and Pre‑Sales with product positioning, customer presentations, tenders, and commercial structuring.
- Deliver product enablement and training for internal Sales and Delivery teams.
- Support marketing activities related to service launches and campaigns.
Financial Ownership & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain profitability models across the full portfolio.
- Forecast revenue and consumption for CSP subscriptions and managed services.
- Track product performance, utilisation, adoption, and churn; recommend enhancements or retirement.
Cross‑Functional Delivery Alignment
- Work with Finance, Legal, and Compliance on costing models and contract structures.
- Collaborate with DSI Delivery and Technical SMEs to validate feasibility and operational readiness.
- Support onboarding and transition from commercialisation to service delivery.
Service Governance & Compliance
- Define service KPIs and support periodic service performance reviews.
- Ensure alignment with ISO, MAS TRM, IM8, PDPA, Microsoft compliance frameworks, and relevant standards.
- Incorporate operational feedback into service enhancements.
