Responsibilities

• Negotiate effective pricing & service levels to achieve savings at every point of purchase for all Bank’s IT-related devices.
• Establish robust supplier base and supplies inventory to mitigate risks of servicing gaps arising from non-stock and delays in vendor deliveries.
• Conduct fair and transparent sourcing and selection of IT vendors for Common and Standardized services and supplies (those not under RFP).
• Effective vendor management.

• Diploma / Degree with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in IT sourcing / requisition, vendor negotiations & contract management.
• Excellent business acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Service‑oriented team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Positive work attitude and compliant to organization policies.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
