Overview

This position plays a vital role in overseeing, managing, and implementing existing and new system to create positive business value to the Company.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX system
• Responsible for all AX customizations and BI requirements in accordance to business needs
• Familiar with mobile sales app sales
• Familiar with VMWare maintenance on Nutanix platform
• Responsible for network and infrastructure maintenance
• Design and proposed IT infrastructure for group of companies in Singapore
• Manage information technology, computer systems and software.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate systems policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and all systems.
• Identify and collect user needs & requirements to align to system functionality.
• Identify problematic areas and process gap to propose and implement IT solutions for further optimisations.
• Proposed IT policy for group of companies in Singapore
• Software coding experience preferred e.g., PHP experience.

Requirements

• Minimally 8 years of experience in IT Business partner engagement and management, with background in Consultancy/Business analysis or Project Management, Solutions assessments, and recommendations
• Experience in both Consultancy and Business IT environment would be advantageous.
• Excellent communications skills with business stakeholders
• Ability to organise various stakeholders and teams for productive outcome.
• Possess deep analytical skills and resource management skills.
• Critical thinking and creativity required.
• Ability to work collaboratively, influence and negotiate.
• Educational Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in business administration or Information Technology
