IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager or Senior Engineer (Hong Kong / Singapore)

We are currently looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to join our client to be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. They are one of the emerging data center platform companies which is growing rapidly across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT roadmap and infrastructure planning, design, architecture, engineering, and implementation
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Enterprise Solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune management services
• Support Cloud Operation and Delivery team on cloud adoption
• In charge of IT operations, including helpdesk support, troubleshooting, LAN/WAN technologies, IP network routing and firewalls
• Support IT solutions, including desktop, servers, network, and applications
• Act as a technical advisor to all departments
• Setup and deploy the company-wide standard
• Support internal users from the APAC region

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure solution architecture, engineering, and operation
• Experience on developing and maintaining various Microsoft Enterprise Solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune management
• Sound knowledge on LAN/WAN technologies, IP networks routing and firewalls
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide accurate instructions
• A hands‑on person and is willing to perform helpdesk job when necessary
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably an additional Asian language
• Technical certification with ITIL, MSITP, CCNA is an added advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as the Senior Engineer position
