Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining the IT risk register, tracking control effectiveness, and preparing compliance and risk reports.
  • Coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, and external auditors to support audit readiness.
  • Prepare materials and assist with external audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain records of IT systems, software, and hardware assets.
  • Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement processes.
  • Collect and organize IT data to support risk dashboards and audit responses.
  • Assist in the implementation of secure and compliant data handling practices.

Job description

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the candidate will be supporting Information Technology (“IT”) governance function under IT & Operations Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS TRM, Cybersecurity Act).
  • Assist in maintaining the IT risk register, tracking control effectiveness, and preparing compliance and risk reports.
  • Coordinate with Risk Management, Compliance, and external auditors or service providers to support audit readiness and track issue remediation.
  • Prepare materials and assist with external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews (e.g. MAS, SWIFT attestation).
  • Maintain records of IT systems, software, and hardware assets.
  • Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement processes in accordance with IT and regulatory standards.
  • Collect and organize IT data to support risk dashboards, audit responses, and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of secure and compliant data handling practices across departments.
  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
  • Familiarity in the FI industry best practices and familiar with local regulations such as MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Cyber Security Act, etc. is an advantage.
