Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a Finance Specialist in IT to identify and onboard clients requiring tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of sales experience, especially in the IT sector. Responsibilities include lead generation, needs analysis, and maintaining client relationships to achieve loan disbursal targets. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience in dealing with clients in the IT/Communication industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the IT sectors with business loan or equipment/software financing requirements.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and client visits.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
  • Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
  • Track client lifecycle events for upselling opportunities.
