Job summary

A prominent technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to develop data compliance processes, assist with user access governance, and manage IT audits. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in IT management or related fields, and strong analytical and communication skills. Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Compliance

  • Develop and implement data governance and compliance processes with stakeholders.
  • Support rollout of new policies and advise on compliance matters.
  • Review data access requests for policy adherence.

User Access Governance

  • Assist in maintaining IT procedures and controls.
  • Support user access policy implementation and periodic access reviews.
  • Handle user ID requests for clinical and research systems.

IT Audit Management

  • Help plan and coordinate risk-based IT audits.
  • Follow up on audit findings and prepare documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects including investigations and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred;
  • Experience in IT management, healthcare, or business analysis is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
