Job description

Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a IT Executive (SAP) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP Application Team, focuses on maintaining SAP operations, providing user support, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth system performance across multiple modules.
• System Support & Maintenance – Provide daily operational support for SAP modules including MM, PM, and related functions.
• SAP B1 & ERP Management – Assist in the administration of SAP B1 (Purchasing, MM, Finance) and SAP ERP (MM, PM) modules.
• Development & Enhancement – Support in ABAP development, customization, and troubleshooting to improve system efficiency.
• User Assistance & Training – Respond to user queries, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance on SAP functionalities.
• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare, update, and maintain technical documents, configuration records, and user manuals.
• Vendor Coordination – Liaise with external vendors and consultants on SAP-related issues, updates, and new system requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABAP programming
• At least 2 years of functional experience in SAP MM
• Knowledge of FI, MM, and PM modules preferred
• Familiarity with SAP B1 is advantageous but not essential
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
