Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in on-premise IT support and possess a relevant technical qualification. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

  • Setup, install, maintain and upgrade PC/Hardware/Software/LAN & network.
  • Support and perform troubleshoot for technical hardware issues.
  • Install and maintain network services for clients.
  • Assist on administrative support of user accounts management.
  • Participate in IT related projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Setup, install, maintain and upgrade PC/Hardware/Software/LAN & network
  • Support and perform troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware (desktop, laptop, printer) issues and Microsoft 365, standard software and in-house applications
  • Install, configure and maintain network services to clients
  • Participate and learn to assist on the administrative support of enterprise user accounts management, networking support services through senior IT manager.
  • Actively participate and support IT related projects
  • Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Hands on experience in IT support of desktop and laptop hardware.
  • Able to adhere to internal IT processes with good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new skills in user accounts setup and management.
  • Candidate should possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in technical field and experienced in on-premise IT support services for over 2 years. Candidates with background in Engineering Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/IT is an advantage.
