Job Summary

We're seeking an IT Executive to support our IT team together delivering technical solutions and ensuring seamless IT operations fishes The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to the IT team.

  • Assist in managing IT projects and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network operations.

  • Ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Ad-hoc Assignments: Undertake any task as assigned by the Head of Operations or CEO, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support the organization's needs.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or related role.

  • Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, software, and hardware.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • To be Microsoft 365 (MS365) certified.
