Job summary

A leading pharmaceuticals company located in Singapore seeks an IT Manager to oversee their IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with GMP standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Strong project management skills, IT operation management expertise, and familiarity with GMP processes are essential for this role, along with the ability to program in languages like VBA or Python.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of related working experience, especially in GMP warehouse in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in project management and ability to lead projects to successful completion.
  • Familiar with IT daily operation and maintenance management, including infrastructure and software systems.
  • Understanding of GMP processes such as changes, deviations, CAPA.
  • Possess innovative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and network equipment.
  • Solve IT problems and provide technical support and training.
  • Ensure data security and reliability through proper management of backups.
  • Maintain local GMP systems according to procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business processes.
