Job summary

A leading digital consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Digitalization Manager to oversee projects that improve business processes and implement new technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in digitalization and project management, with strong analytical and communication skills in English and preferably Chinese. This role involves coordinating with various teams and vendors to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digitalization, project management, or IT management.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese is a strong plus.

Job Description
  • Responsible for cross-department communication and research to identify the digital system requirements derived from digital strategy-driven and customer-driven needs.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify digitalization potentials.
  • Develop short- and long-term digitalization strategies in coordination with senior management.
  • Analyse business value and feasibility of requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digitalization projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management.
  • Leverage systematic operations and data monitoring to continuously improve processes.
  • Identify potential improvement areas and propose optimization measures.
  • Address and respond to risks related to digitalization projects.
  • System Operations and Maintenance.
  • Execute daily system monitoring, user access management, and troubleshooting.
  • Document system configurations and operational procedures to build a knowledge base.
  • Coordinate with vendors for bug resolution and system improvements.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies.
  • Offer training to different user groups.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digitalization, project management, or IT management.
  • Strong understanding of digitalization strategies, project management, and business process management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with team spirit and leadership competence.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Chinese (for effective communication with the China team) is a strong plus.
