Responsibilities

• Be an integral Partner with the business to seek and deliver technical solutions to drive commercially beneficial outcomes.
• Act as a key technology facilitator across SEA countries, regional Technology & Global Services (TGS), and external vendors.
• Connect with the regional and global teams to ensure the SEA business is provided with strong solutions that deliver to business goals and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships to drive innovation and alignment to strategic goals.
• Be a change advocate to apply new technology solutions that are compatible with company standards and regional programs.
• Project manage business-IT solutions aligned to the company portfolio management system.
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for business and technical team engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or information systems with 5 to 10 years work experience.
• Able to articulate technical issues and resolutions using non-technical language for stakeholder understanding.
• Experience in project management and familiar with software development lifecycle methodologies in both waterfall and agile.
• Must have passion and willingness to learn new technology and technical skills.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of CRM salesforce solution, middleware architecture, e.g MuleSoft, SAP, Power BI, etc
• Excellent team player.
• Excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills to influence colleagues, along with a broad understanding of the businesses they support.
• Solid experience with standard requirements gathering, documentation, and testing processes.
