Manager – IT Administrator / Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Business Central, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Administer user accounts, licenses, permissions, and Azure AD settings.
• Maintain security controls including DLP, MFA, conditional access, and backups.
• Oversee endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, Intune deployment, and IT asset inventory.
• Support SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve workflows.
• Ensure network stability and security; coordinate with external IT vendors.
• Maintain IT equipment, facility assets, and ensure all related licenses are up to date.
