Responsibilities:

• In charge of supporting daily IT operations and office administration by performing various administrative and technical tasks.
• Responsible for handling general enquiries and perform administrative duties.
• In charge of entering procurement data into SAP and managing Car Rental matters.
• Liaise with vendors regarding procurement, office maintenance, and other general matters.
• Perform additional assignments as required with flexibility.
• Provide basic technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT assets such as laptops and mobile phones.
• Support coordination of company events as needed.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Information Technology or relevant
• Min 1 years of working experience in networking experience
• Familiarity with network equipment, desktop support, and system administration will be advantages.
