Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the IT department
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize IT documentation, records, policies, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage schedules for IT managers and team members
  • Track IT requests, service tickets, asset inventories, and maintenance records
  • Assist with budget and expenditure tracking
  • Assist with procurement processes, including purchase requisitions and invoice tracking
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain filing systems for contracts, licenses, and service agreements
  • Support IT audits, compliance activities, and cybersecurity or risk-related documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
