Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned product categories such as books, stationery, or specialty merchandise.
• Ensure accurate pricing, proper display standards, and sufficient stock levels on the sales floor.
• Track category performance, analyze sales data, and support initiatives to boost sales.
• Assist the Retail Manager in daily store operations, staff coaching, and floor management.
• Provide strong customer service, helping to resolve escalated enquiries.
• Guide and train Retail Assistants on product knowledge and store procedures.
