Job summary
A quality management consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Management System Support Specialist. The role involves planning and conducting internal quality audits, preparing findings, and supporting users on quality processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 software environment and strong analytical skills. Familiarity with agile development is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 certified software environment.
- Familiar with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles and ISO 9001 system.
- Familiar with software development life cycles and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide Quality Management System Support (IQA).
- Plan and develop the IQA checklist based on objectives and scope.
- Conduct IQA via desk-check and verification of artefacts.
- Analyse necessary evidence for the IQA and present conclusions.
- Prepare IQA findings, communicate and present to auditees and management.
- Follow-up verification and record effectiveness of corrective actions.

Responsibilities

- Provide support on user queries of Quality Management systems and processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of working experience in Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) or in a software environment that is CMMI or ISO 9001:2015 certified.
- Must be familiar with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Development, software quality principles and ISO 9001 system.
- Must be familiar with software development life cycles and its related processes.
- Strong auditing and analytical skills with the ability to elicit root cause of process issue through asking the right questions.
- Ability to identify good practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Meticulous attention to details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centered disposition with good listening skills and patience.
- Familiar with software and tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, JIRA, GitLab, Bitbucket, Confluence.
- Experience in agile development environment will be an added advantage.
