Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore seeks a candidate for an administrative support role. The position involves managing centralized inventory, assisting with asset verification, and vendor coordination. Applicants should hold at least a Diploma and be committed for a minimum of 6 months. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and administration are essential for success in this role. This is a 6-month contract with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.45pm, and Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm.

6‑Month Contract

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the management of centralized inventory, including tracking records, asset loan/return, labelling, stocktaking, and storage organization.
  • Assist with asset verification and handle loss or disposal of equipment, including preparation of reports for review and approval.
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean’s Office and general operations.
  • Manage vendor coordination for quotations, invoices, printer charges, and delivery arrangements, including invoice checking and discrepancy follow‑up.
  • Support mail dispatch, event logistics, meeting coordination, and other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
