Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Bridge communication between customer service and warehouse logistics, including coordinating, stock picking and delivery documents
  • Responsible for stock movement to/from warehouse by checking the accuracy of stock received to issuance in term of quality and cost
  • Compile outstanding cash sale invoices
  • Report operation issues and provide monthly inventory report to Finance team
  • Initiate and actively conduct periodic physical cycle count in cold room (freezer and chiller)
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ' O' Level
  • Proficient in MS Excel, especially in Advanced Excel
  • Able to work independently and has good initiative
  • Self-motivated, energetic and independent, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to work on alternate Saturday and on weekly rotational shift
Working Hours (Alternate Weeks):
  • AM Shift (Mon-Fri, 4 work days): 7am to 5pm / Sat: 7am to 1.30pm
  • PM Shift (Mon-Fri, 5 work days): 9am to 6pm
