Job summary

A design and renovation firm in Singapore is seeking a creative individual to create designs and layouts according to client needs. Responsibilities include presenting concepts to clients and managing subcontractors for project completion. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for design, good command of English, and experience with Autocad. This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule with training provided.

Job scope:

• Create fresh designs and layouts according to clients’ needs
• Present concepts to clients clearly and professionally
• Create technical drawings for renovation projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure renovation projects complete on time, and within standards

Requirements:

• Good eye for design (styling, colour palettes, furniture combination etc)
• Good command of English
• Ability to build rapport with people
• Some experience with Autocad or other renovation software must have
• Work timing: Monday to Friday (930am to 6pm)
• Training will be provided
