✔️Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare space planning, layout drawings, and material selections.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and industry practices.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the design and construction process.

✔️Requirements

• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
• Creative mindset with good spatial planning ability.
• Excellent communication & project management skills.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin and English speaking clients and contractors).
• With or without experience are welcome!
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Singaporean/Malaysian.
