Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, exceptional 3D modeling skills, and the ability to translate design concepts into photorealistic visualizations. As a 3D Interior Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to create stunning interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including walls, floors, ceilings, and architectural features, using industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
• Model furniture, fixtures, and decor items to populate the interior space and accurately represent the design concept.
• Select appropriate materials, textures, and finishes for surfaces within the interior space, ensuring that they align with the overall design aesthetic and client preferences.
• Design lighting layouts and select lighting fixtures to enhance the ambiance, functionality, and visual appeal of the interior space.
• Generate photo realistic renderings and animations of the 3D models, simulating lighting effects, shadows, reflections, and materials with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design concepts and present them to clients through presentations, meetings, or digital collaboration platforms.
• Gather feedback from clients and make revisions to design concepts and renderings as needed to ensure that the final design meets their expectations and requirements.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including plans, elevations, perspectives, material boards, and specifications, to communicate the design intent to contractors, builders, and other stakeholders involved in the implementation phase.
• Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 3D interior design, and share knowledge and expertise with the team to continuously improve our design capabilities.
