Roles & Responsibilities

Dandi International is seeking a highly disciplined and versatile Interior Designer to join our team. This is not an atypical design‑only role. You will be working directly under the Director and will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of interior projects, including administrative and operational tasks as required by the Director.

We are looking for a “high‑endurance” professional who thrives in a demanding, fast‑paced environment and is willing to go above and beyond the standard job scope to ensure the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical: Lead design concepts, space planning, 3D rendering, and technical drawing (AutoCAD/SketchUp).
• Project Management: Full site supervision, coordinating with subcontractors, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Client Management: Managing client expectations, attending site meetings, and handling all project‑related documentation.
• Executive support: Assist the Director in all necessary business tasks, including administrative duties, logistics and any ad‑hoc requests essential to the company’s operations.

Requirements

Skills: Proficiency in ID software, strong command of English and Korean, and the ability to handle physical site conditions.
