Overview

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of preparing and modifying customer quotations in collaboration with Sales and Presales teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage incoming email sales inquiries for the Sales Team, proactively following up and driving them towards successful outcomes.
  • Act as a key liaison between external solution providers and vendors, as well as internal stakeholders, facilitating smooth sales-related activities.
  • Play a crucial role in tender submissions by compiling costs, preparing competitive quotations, and supporting the Sales team with commercial-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute account plans, monitor the sales funnel, and maximise opportunities with customers and partners.
  • Provide valuable sales coordination support to the Sales team, contributing to their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and support functions to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Embrace opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the team\'s success.
Experience & Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from reputable university
  • Professional experience in telecommunication industry or system integrator preferred
  • Advanced mathematical skills to calculate sales margin and perform margin analysis
  • Ability to perform under stress to meet critical timelines
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Skills and Personality
  • Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, Independent, result-orientated, and dedicated person who initiates appropriate actions and strategies
