Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telemarketing & Inside Sales representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, and generate sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
  • Send out appointment reminders and handle customer responses.
  • Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Prepare sales quotations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 'O' levels
  • Basic MS Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
