Job description

Key Role

As part of the operations and maintenance team, you will ensure the stable functioning of internal systems and servers. Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software maintenance contracts and renew them as needed.
Provide suggestions to the Team Lead on improving operational efficiency and maintenance processes.
Collaborate with team members to act as a liaison between the Head Office and the local branch for operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system configurations comply with security guidelines during audits.
• Analyze functional requirements and implement system changes following established standards.
• Work with the team lead to ensure system configurations meet design and functional requirements.
• Address day-to-day user queries (server, network, PC, user accounts) effectively.
• For system issues, perform recovery actions, investigate errors, and propose improvement measures.
• Maintain accurate and updated system documentation (runbooks, IT inventory, ID management lists, system parameter sheets).
• Identify system issues and recommend enhancements.
• Develop operation and maintenance procedure manuals for knowledge transfer.
• Keep management documents updated to the latest version.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in building Windows server systems (deployment, application installation, and environment handover).
• Experience in Windows Client Provisioning & Support.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware (vCenter, ESXi).
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools (Backup, Monitoring, Anti‑Virus, Job Management) at Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 (Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Office).
• Experience in network configuration (ACL, Firewall).
• Knowledge of system engineering and operations (Plan, Build, Run & Optimize).
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of IT Service Management principles.
• Experience with application development using Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server).
