Qualifications

• Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) recognized by ECDA.
• Loving, patient, and passionate about working with infants.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and team members.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• First Aid Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to infants, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and well-being.

Job Responsibilities

• Care & Nurturing: Provideattentive care to infants, ensuring theirsafety, hygiene, and well-being.
• Engagement & Development: Plan and implementage-appropriate activities to support infants'sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
• Parent & Educator Partnership: Buildstrong, trusting relationships with parents, providing updates on their child’sprogress and well-being.
• Daily Routines: Assist withfeeding, diapering, and nap time, ensuring infants arecomfortable and cared for.
• Safe & Stimulating Environment: Maintain aclean, safe, and engaging environment for infants to explore and grow.

Requirements

• Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) recognized by ECDA
• Loving, patient, and passionate about working with infants
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents and team members
