Job summary

A leading organization in strata management is seeking a Security Personnel to ensure effective building security and assist visitors at a key location. The role requires a valid Security License and involves working in shifts including weekends. You will play an essential part in maintaining safety and security protocols while providing assistance to the public.

Qualifications

• Valid Security License from SIRD required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.
• Must be capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic control and ensure safe building access.
• Perform daily patrolling and security checks.
• Assist visitors and be a part of the CERT and First Aid team.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Traffic control.

2) Daily building patrolling/clocking.

3) Security check on visitors/delivery workers.

4) Assist public/visitors/drivers when required.

5) Member of CERT team/First Aider/Fire Warden.

Requirements

1) Hold a valid Security License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD).

2) Able to work 12-hour rotating shift, 4-day work week (including weekends and public holidays).

3) Able to work independently as well as in a team.
