Qualifications

• Enrolled or Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Licenses to practice nursing in Singapore.
• Experience in home nursing and/or Dementia Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform home assessments using iKare's methods.
• Design tailored care plans for clients.
• Facilitate engagement according to care plans.
• Monitor client wellness and communicate concerns.
• Provide home care services including ADLs.
• Attend company training and maintain competency.
• Respond to inquiries and inform potential clients.
• Participate in company events and talks.
